Digital products may include templates, project files, sound packs, presets, audio files, bundles or other downloadable products.Digital products are delivered through Gumroad or another external platform. For custom music, film score or sound design work, the scope, price, timeline, usage rights, revision rounds and delivery format will be agreed individually before the project begins.Unless agreed otherwise in writing, SB-AudioWorks retains copyright ownership of the original composition and grants the client a usage license for the agreed project.Full copyright buyout, exclusive usage, extended licensing, broadcast usage, advertising usage or commercial campaign usage must be agreed separately.8. Revisions
For custom work, included revisions depend on the individual agreement. Additional revisions, major concept changes or changes outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee.9. Payment
Payment terms for custom work are agreed individually. SB-AudioWorks may request partial or full payment in advance before starting a project.Digital products are paid directly through Gumroad or the respective checkout platform.10. Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically through Gumroad or another external platform.Custom work is delivered digitally by email, download link or another agreed method.Delivery times for custom work are estimates unless a fixed deadline has been agreed in writing.11. Refunds
